I had never given much thought to finding a pillow that actually suits the way I sleep, I’d always just sort of accumulated pillows here and there. But I had started getting neck aches and my doctor thought my pillow might be the culprit. My husband is a chronic snorer and has had to train himself to sleep on his back so he wouldn’t wake himself up, while I sleep on my side and prefer to sleep flatter.
