Any of Fine Pillow products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any products purchased from Fine Pillow, are not intended or to be used to treat any type of medical condition.

The information on this website, blog, or in emails is intended for educational purposes only and is not envisioned or planned to be a substitute for any medical advice or care from healthcare professionals or experts.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Please check your order carefully before the checkout and upon receipt. If you received a damaged pillow or any workmanship and/or material defects, we will replace your order and ship to you free of production and shipping charges. Returns accepted after 3 weeks of purchase and before 60 days from purchase date. We have a high customer service standard. Rest assured that you are protected and will never receive a bedding item from us which has been returned by another buyer.
An PRA (Product Replacement Authorization) number is required for all product replacements. You can obtain an RMA number by calling the customer service number. Please refer to the bottom of this notice.

WHAT IS COVERED AND WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty (applies to the original purchaser) covers any defects in materials or workmanship and DOES NOT COVER:

> Wear and tear;
> The surface of the pillow which may not be perfectly even, or corners of the pillow which may not be perfectly shaped or identical;
> damage caused by abuse or failure to follow care instructions;
> Physical abuse or damage to the pillow including but not limited to stains, discoloration, perspiring, burns, excessive pressure, or normal body impressions in the pillow;
> Damages caused by mold or fungus;
> Normal changes in softness, firmness, texture, or comfort of the pillow.

WHAT FINE PILLOW WILL DO

Fine Pillow, at its sole discretion, may repair, replace, or refund any pillow that proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY

You may email info@finepillow.com to submit your warranty claim along with your original receipt. You must provide an image of the defected pillow in your email. We process your request within 72 hours and will respond via email.

HOW STATE LAW APPLIES AND YOUR RIGHTS

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Do we use cookies?

I understand my testimonial as outlined above (the “Testimonial”) and made on behalf of Fine Pillow (hereinafter called “The Company”) may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting The Company. I authorize The Company to use my name, my picture, brief biographical information, and the Testimonial as defined on this form.

I hereby irrevocably authorize The Company to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the Testimonial for purposes of publicizing The Company’s programs or for any other lawful purpose. These statements may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites or in any other distribution media. I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against The Company for the use of the statement.

In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness or my testimonial appears.

I hereby hold harmless and release The Company from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

All weights are approximate. Prices may change without notice.

You acknowledge, accept and agree that you may receive information or special offers electronically and by other means directly from Fine Pillow.

All orders will be processed by Fine Pillow and will be shipped via major carriers. We may ship to PO Boxes. We may add other carriers in the near future. Carrier messaging and data rates may apply if you wish to be notified of shipping by text messaging.
